Mmmm, The Hat. This wonderful small chain has been around for 56 years now, serving up it's sumptuous and juicy pastrami sandwiches. The sandwich starts with a nice soft roll, with a slightly crisp outside. It is dipped in the juices of the pastrami meat, then mustard and pickles are added. Finally, an abundance of pastrami is added.
I would highly recommend that, unless your a 6'5", 300 lb. linebacker, that you share one with someone you love. Make sure you also order up some chili fries. The fries are nice and crisp, which stand up nicely to the chili and cheese. The chili sauce is thick and tasty. Each order is also dished up with a healthy dose of cheese. But, again, beware! Each order is HUGE!!!
If you are worried about cholesterol or fat content, this is not the place to go. As for all you fools who are madly in love with In-n-Out, take my advice, find a Hat location near you instead. Check out their website at www.thehat.com
